Q. What are your check-in times?
A. Our check-ins times are strictly between 16:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs only. We are closed to all check-ins outside of these times. Please do not ask for a check time other than those stated as these times are non negotiable.
Q. Can I drop my bag before check-in or leave it after checkout?
A. We have many demands on our time during the day. Some of which include time enjoying the many attractions on our beautiful island as well as the time and effort away from our home that is needed to make a B&B work and your time with us more comfortable.
Unfortunately the bag drop facility has been abused in the past, therefore we are no longer prepared to wait in all day for guests who fail to show at the agreed time.
We have no storage facility therefore all baggage and any other belongings must be taken with you at time of check-out, which is by 10:00 am latest.
Q. Is there a hairdryer in the room?
A. Yes, all our rooms have a hairdryer and towels
Q. What is the cost of the ferry / can we get a discount?
A. We can very probably get a discount on car ferry tickets but we’d need some details such as dates, time of sailing and the ports you wish to use. Send this information and we can investigate. It's not a case of a fixed percentage off the normal public rate and prices do vary considerably throughout the year.
Q. My child is under 18 years of age but very well behaved. Can they stay with you?
A. No, we are adults only, you must be 18 years or older.
Q. Do you accept cash, cheque or bank transfer as a payment, either deposit or balance?
A. No, we use credit or debit card only. Visa or Mastercard, sorry no American Express.
Q. Do you have free Wi-Fi?
A. Yes, free and unlimited to all guests.

Q. Do you have any car parking space?
A. Yes. Car parking is free but is limited to four cars only. Although we have five rooms it’s rare that everyone brings a car or wants to use our space. There's plenty of nearby on street parking available should the need arise. Car parking is provided on a complementary basis and does not form part of the accommodation agreement. We do not operate a reservation system.
Q. Can we drink the tap water from the rooms.
Q. How long does it take to walk to .........
A. The train station is 10 minutes, bus stops 5 minutes, the beach 10 minutes, shops 1 minute, the old village 10 minutes.
Q. Are your rooms En-suite.
A. Yes, all of them.
Q. Is there any provision for disabled guests?
A. No, there is no provision for disabled guests. All accommodation is on the first floor so all guests must be able to negotiate a flight of domestic stairs.
